Simple is Sophisticated

This class is an introduction to a power yoga flow, mixed with a more traditional hatha practice. We take basic poses, focus on specific alignment and hold them until they burn a little bit.

Plank Fest

This is an intense power yoga practice exploring the different variations of planks. This class will build a lot of core strength and is designed to prepare the students for arm balances and inversions.

Neck and Shoulder Detox

In this gentle yoga class, we focus on opening up the area around the neck, shoulders, and thoracic spine. This is a great class for anyone, and feels particularly good after several hours of sitting at a desk or car

Side to Side

This is a short and strong power yoga flow designed to target lateral (side to side) movement.  It’s an ALL LEVELS class with moderate intensity.

Find Your Balance

This power yoga flow focuses on building balance and coordination. It includes movements and postures designed to target core stability, upper body strength, and shoulder mobility. This is an ALL Levels class with high intensity

Myofascial Yin Yang

Power Front Line

This strong Yang practice combines a vinyasa flow with myofascial elasticity pulses designed to target the front line and deep front lines of the body. It’s an ALL Levels class, with moderate intensity. These movements take some time to get used to, so practice with awareness!

Yin Back Line

This super gentle Yin class combines myofascial release massage with soft holds targeting the superficial back line of the body. It’s a fantastic practice for releasing tension in the body, literally from head to toe.

Power Lateral Line

This Yang practice combines a vinyasa practice with myofascial pulses designed to target the lateral lines of the body. It’s an ALL LEVELS class with dynamic movements.
