Wooohoooo! Awesome class!! My peacock ended up flat on my face and nowhere near the beautiful pose you display, but I got a great laugh out of it ;-) The core work is truly intense, and the shoulder/wrist part for me it's been even more challenging (I guess I really need to work on that one!). The 20 minutes flew by and now I am totally ready for a great shower! Thanks so much, Paul, for such gorgeous class and your -as always- neat guidance.
