App

If you have not signed up for a trial/subscription yet you will need to sign up at innerdimensiontv.com/join first on a website browser.

Yes, we have iOS and Android apps, which are available in their respective stores. You will need to sign up for a subscription first at innerdimensiontv.com/join before signing in to the app.

iOS App

  • Apple TV: Yes, our app was designed to cast to your TV from an iPhone or iPad via AirPlay.
  • Chromecast: Yes, as long as you download a third-party mirroring app. Please read this article on casting Apple products to your TV via a Chromecast device.
  • Roku: No. Please see our FAQ within “Devices” on how to stream the browser website to your Roku.
  • Amazon Fire TV Stick: No.

Android App

  • Apple TV: Yes, as long as you download a third-party mirroring app.
  • Chromecast: Yes.
  • Roku: No. Please see our FAQ within “Devices” on how to stream the browser website to your Roku.
  • Amazon Fire TV Stick: Yes, as long as you download a third-party mirroring app. We are still troubleshooting potential issues with mirroring via Fire Stick.
  • Device mirroring: You can mirror your device’s screen on your TV using a third-party app, like Miracast.

If you have a saved password in your desktop/laptop computer browser, please try logging in and typing the password manually vs. letting the browser log you in automatically. If it’s the correct password, type the password into the Notes app, and then copy and paste it into the Inner Dimension TV app. Just make sure there are no extra blank spaces at the end of your password. If this still doesn’t work, please contact Support.

After favoriting a class, navigate to Favorites (indicated by the heart icon), and swipe down. Your favorited class should appear immediately. If it does not appear, try closing out the app and opening it up again.

Click on the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner of the video you want to delete. A box will appear asking you to DELETE DOWNLOAD.

 

To confirm that a class has successfully downloaded to your app, the “Download Class” button will be replaced with a “Play Class” button. Then, go to Downloads (). If it is not showing up there, swipe down to refresh the page. Your downloaded class should appear.

Downloads are not shared between devices. If you download a class onto your iPhone/Android phone, you will also need to download it to your iPad/Android tablet, and vice versa.

  • My device is in Low Power Mode.
  • Goes to sleep.

If your device is in Low Power Mode, you will need to turn that setting off and plug your device into an outlet.

If your Android device goes to sleep, please change the Auto-Lock time (under Display & Brightness) to Never while playing a video.

If your iOS device goes to sleep your class will still play.

Please leave your feedback via our contact form so our team can address it in a future update.

Unfortunately at this time our iOS app does not support dynamic type, so if your font size on your phone is set to be larger, it will not adjust the font size on our app. We hope to address this accessibility issue in a future update.

Our Android app will adjust the font size but may distort the layout.

General

We’re so happy you have enjoyed the music in our yoga classes. We put a lot of time and effort into selecting pieces or creating original scores for our classes, programs and series.

For our weekly classes, we often select music from a couple different music licensing sites.

For our original programs, such as Level Up 108, Flexibility & Beyond and Meditation 101, we work with our long-time composing partner, Ryan Richko. You can find his music here: BandCamp, Spotify and iTunes.

How it works

  • The refer-a-friend program works if you, as an active and paying subscriber, refers a friend who signs up and becomes an active and paying subscriber.
  • Signing up for a trial and canceling before the trial is up does not qualify.
  • You will receive the value of one month’s credit in your account.
    • Monthly subscribers will receive their next invoice for $0.00.
    • Annual subscribers will receive their credit at their next annual renewal.
  • You may receive referral credit for more than one person but monthly subscribers will receive only one credit per month.
  • Referrals are checked at the beginning of each month and credit will take between 1-2 months to receive, depending on the dates people become paying subscribers.
  • Referrals are checked for (2) cycles before being crossed off the list, and will need to be resubmitted if they sign up more than two months after the referral.
  • Please use our referral system. We do not accept email requests.

I want to refer a friend

  • Login to innerdimensiontv.com.
  • At the bottom of every page is a referral form.
  • Enter your friend’s email address, and they will receive a referral email with an incentive to sign up.
  • If they sign up with a different email address than what you submitted, please resubmit a new form so that the correct email is in our system.
  • You will receive an email notification from customer service if you are receiving credit.
  • Please use our referral system. We do not accept email requests.

I signed up based on my friend’s referral. How do they get credit?

  • If you received an Inner Dimension TV referral email, your info is in the system.
  • Referrals are checked at the beginning of each month and credit will take between 1-2 months to receive, depending on when you became a paying customer.
  • If you used an email address other than the one from where you received the referral email, please have your friend resubmit a new form so that the correct email address is in our system.
  • If you signed up based on their personal recommendation (not our official referral email) please have your friend submit a form so that your info is in our system.
  • Please use our referral system. We do not accept email requests.

 

 

We strive to provide timely customer service during business hours (Monday-Friday, Pacific Standard Time – Los Angeles). On occasion we will respond during the evenings, weekends and on holidays, but if you do not hear back immediately you will receive a response the following business day.

Most of our newer classes will offer an option to practice without music. In the overview description on the class page, look for this text: “For a version of the class without a music soundtrack, click here.”

Classes from programs, such as Level Up 108, are scored with original music and are not available without a soundtrack.

We also offer curated music playlists on Spotify that complement different class styles and lengths. You can preview the musical tracks on our Books & Music page.

We receive many questions related to modifications and adjustments for person-specific issues. However, we highly recommend working with your healthcare provider to come up with a solution that will best fit you. If we are able to provide a personalized response, please note that we require up to 72 hours.

Getting Started

Inner Dimension TV is for all levels. Everyone is welcome. For those new to yoga, our platform includes “Yoga for Beginners,” a comprehensive 28-day introduction to the foundational poses of Power Yoga to ensure you develop safe, smart alignment. There are also other Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Meditation and Pranayama practices that are perfect for beginners, too. For those who wish to maintain and/or grow their practice, Inner Dimension TV offers a wide range of classes, including practices with inversions and suggested modifications, that will challenge your strength, balance and stamina.

Please take breaks as often as necessary and skip any poses or sequences that do not feel appropriate for you.

If this is your first foray into yoga, welcome! We highly recommend starting with the basics and completing our Yoga for Beginners program to learn the poses safely, and modifications for your body.

If you consider yourself an intermediate beginner, feel free to start with any all levels classes. We also recommend Yoga 30 for 30 and Journey to Yoga. Of course, make sure to supplement with other styles such as gentle, yin and meditation along the way!

Inner Dimension TV is for all types of yogis!  If you’re totally new to yoga and want to start with the basics, the “Yoga for Beginners” program would be a great place to start.

If you want to jump right in to more active flows, feel free to start with any class. We’ve heard from many users that progressing from the 10-day “Journey To Yoga” program to the 30-day “Yoga 30 for 30,” then to the more advanced “Level Up 108” series is a great way to grow your practice and feel a sense of accomplishment.  Of course, make sure to supplement with other styles such as gentle, yin and meditation along the way!

You can sign up for a 10-day trial at innerdimensiontv.com/join. You will simply need to choose between a monthly or annual subscription, and then enter in your login credentials and billing information. If Inner Dimension TV is not right for you, simply cancel your subscription before the trial is over. The date your credit card will be charged is in your account settings under Subscriptions. If you would prefer to change the subscription type (monthly vs. annual), contact Customer Service.

If your card is declined during set up, we don’t have visibility into the decline code. You will need to reach out to your bank or card provider for more information.

We suggest you have a yoga mat and any suggested props mentioned before each practice. Restorative Yoga relies on the use of props, so for these practices we suggest having 1-2 yoga blocks, and a yoga bolster or stack of folded blankets.

Devices

There are several ways to play Inner Dimension TV classes on your TV. Below are some examples of how our customers are accessing the site.

  • Apple TV: AirPlay icon on the browser video player (Safari) or via your Mac computer
  • iOS device to TV: Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter, plugged into your tv
  • Android device to TV: USB-C to HDMI adapter cord, plugged into your tv
  • Chromecast: Cast link within the Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser, or mirror your phone using a third-party app, such as Streamer for Chromecast.
  • Fire Stick: Using a third-party app, such as TV Cast for Fire Stick. Some users have had luck with the Silk browser.
  • Google Home: Cast button
  • Laptop: HDMI cable plugged into your tv
  • Xbox: Microsoft Edge Explorer browser
  • Roku: Download a third-party app, such as “iWebTV: Cast Web Videos to TV”. In Roku, select Streaming Channels. Install the iWebTV channel. On your phone, open the iWebTV app and enter innerdimensiontv.com into the search bar. Login and navigate to the class you want. Press play on a class, and a pop-up will appear, asking you to “Click to link to device”. Click “To TV”. Your video should play on your TV.

Users with a smartTV:

You may be able to access the site by using a web browser app on your Smart TV and then navigating to innerdimensiontv.com. However, our site is not fully compatible with all smart TV browsers.

You can watch innerdimensiontv.com classes on your phone, laptop, tablet and smart TV browsers. However, our site is not fully compatible with all smart TV browsers.

At this time classes accessed via Inner Dimension TV are only available as a streaming option. Specific yoga programs (Yoga 30 for 30, Flexibility & Beyond and Journey to Yoga) are also available to purchase as standalone products, which allows you to download the videos and watch them offline.

Subscriptions

If your account has become inactive, please contact us and we will activate it as soon as possible.

After you cancel your account within your account settings, you will still have access to your subscription until the end of your billing cycle, and it will say “Yes” under Active. However, it will also say “Stopped” under Subscription. If you want to double check, you can always contact us.

It is highly likely that you have two active subscriptions. Contact us and we will update your account and refund you for the duplicate charge.

To gift a 1-month ($15), 3-month ($45), 6-month ($90) or 12-month ($120) subscription, complete the contact us form and choose Gift Subscription from the drop down. Once we receive your request, we’ll charge your account on file for the purchase of the gift subscription or send you an invoice, and then send you the details for your gift recipient.

Unlimited streaming is $15 billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Subscriptions tab within My Account.

If you would like to commit to a year subscription, unlimited streaming is $120 billed annually, and is charged in full after your 10-day free trial. There are no refunds after the trial period has ended.

You can pay for your Inner Dimension TV subscription with the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Discover
  • AMEX

We do not currently accept:

  • credit or debit cards without a CVC security code
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Amazon Pay
  • Google Pay

Your credit card will not be charged during your free 10-day trial. After your trial ends, your credit card will be charged on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on which subscription you purchased, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Subscriptions tab on the My Account page. However, we do not offer refunds or partial credits for unused subscriptions.

Please contact us via the Contact Form and we will change your subscription plan. You will be charged the annual rate at your next billing cycle.

At this time we are not offering any coupons or discounts. However, please make sure you have signed up for the Inner Dimension TV email list, which is how you will hear about any specials first.

We have not accepted the coupon code used in Travis’ earlier podcasts since January 2020.

We will be sorry to see you go. You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Subscriptions tab within My Account. You will still have access to your account until the expiration date. However, we cannot refund you for any remaining time.

You may update your credit card at any time by going to the Subscriptions tab on the My Account page.

Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

Programs & Classes

If you have completed a program, such as Level Up 108, and would like to reset your completion status to 0% so you can start over, visit the program’s main page on Inner Dimension TV via a web browser (not the app). There is a reset button above the program title.

Your subscription includes access to all of our classes and programs. That includes Level Up 108.

The Ultimate Yogi is not available on Inner Dimension TV, and we do not offer customer support for this product. However, you can purchase The Ultimate Yogi at udaya.com.

Level Up 108 was primarily designed for intermediate and advanced yogis. However, that doesn’t mean people of all levels can’t participate in the program.

For those completely new to yoga, our platform includes “Yoga for Beginners,” a 28-day introduction to the foundational poses of Power Yoga to ensure you develop safe, smart alignment.

We would then recommend continuing with “Journey to Yoga” and/or “Yoga 30 for 30” to gain strength and continue practicing the poses.

Once you feel ready for Level Up 108, modify poses, take breaks as often as necessary, and skip poses or sequences that do not feel appropriate for you.

At this time our yoga classes do not feature subtitles or closed captioning.

Gentle Yoga is a slow, sweet and relaxing practice. Gentle Yoga involves very minimal strength-oriented postures, as the intention is to gently dissolve physical tensions and melt away mental stresses.

Yin Yoga is holding a relaxed posture for 3-5 minutes, exerting positive stress on the subtle body tissues as a way to trigger the body’s natural repair response, thus leading to stronger and more supple joints.

Restorative Yoga intends to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. By using props, such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, there is very little effort of any kind. With the feeling of being fully supported, your body and nervous system can relax completely.

One of the benefits of purchasing a program is the download feature, which allows for offline viewing.
However, we are unable to refund the purchase, or apply the fee to an Inner Dimension TV subscription.
Future programs will always release on their own before arriving on Inner Dimension TV.

Troubleshooting

You may be experiencing this error message on our site due to your browser or extensions settings.

  • Safari > Preferences > Security > Internet Plug-ins
    • Make sure that “Allow Plug-ins is enabled.
  • Safari > Preferences > Extensions
    • Uncheck boxes beside all extensions and test.
    • Enable extensions one by one and test.
    • To uninstall an extension, select it and click the “Uninstall” button.
  • Try a different browser, such as Chrome.

App

  • If you viewed a class in offline mode, you will not get a completion mark. You will need to play the class in online mode to get a checkmark.
  • If you are on wi-fi, simply play the class again and move the timer to the end. Close out the class window and refresh the app. The green checkmark should appear automatically. If it still doesn’t appear, please try on a web browser using the same steps.

Website

  • If you played a class on the website and the green check mark didn’t appear, simply play the class again and move the timer to the end. Close out the class window and refresh the browser. The green checkmark should appear automatically. If it still doesn’t appear please try another browser, such as Chrome. Your browser settings may be prohibiting the check mark.

If you are having an issue where you have to enter in your username and password each time you visit the site, you will need to update your Internet browser settings.

DESKTOP

Chrome: Chrome > Preferences > Autofill > Passwords > Auto Sign-In > click this option so it’s blue

Safari: Safari > Preferences > Autofill > click User names and passwords

Firefox: Firefox > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Logins and Passwords > click these options

 

IPAD OR IPHONE

Safari: Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security > uncheck Block All Cookies

 

If you are not seeing your Level Up 108 check marks and it says 0% complete even though you’ve been moving through the program, it’s most likely due to you not being logged into the site.  Please try logging in first. If you are having an issue where you have to enter in your username and password each time you visit the site, you will need to update your Internet browser settings.

Chrome: Chrome > Preferences > Autofill > Passwords > Auto Sign-In > click this option so it’s blue

Safari: Safari > Preferences > Autofill > click User names and passwords

Firefox: Firefox > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Logins and Passwords > click these options

Playback issues are usually caused by weak Internet speed or bandwidth. Our video player defaults to an “Auto” setting, but this may not always detect the best connection speed for your network, in which you may need to select it manually.

To change the quality setting, please click on the gear icon in the lower right hand corner of the video player and select your desired quality rate. For slower connections, we recommend 540p.

If you are still having issues, you may need to close extra browser tabs or applications that may be using up bandwidth. Lastly, if applicable, be sure to disable your VPN connection, as this is also known to cause issues.

Our site is optimized for Google Chrome. Older browsers (such as Internet Explorer 8) may not function properly with our video player. To download the latest version of Chrome, please click here. You may also need to choose a lower stream quality. Once a video starts playing click on the gear icon in the lower right on the video player to choose a different option.
