Strong Feet, Grounded Base

This 20-minute class addresses the ankles, feet & toes. This gentle class will address foot and toe mobility, and balance and even feature a sweet mini-foot massage! Poses include Malasana (Squat), Crescent and Tree Pose. Strengthen and rejuvenate your feet in this gentle class.

Yin Knees

This 20-minute class addresses the knees with Yin postures to address flexibility and soothe tension in the muscles surrounding the knees. The focus in Yin is maintaining longer holds with deep breathing. Join Christine as you explore the connection between the knees and the fascial chains of the body.

Hip Magic

This 20-minute Gentle class focuses on releasing tension in the hips and improving strength in the hip and surrounding tissues. The class warms the body up with strong postures and then moves into gentle postures to soothe hip tension. Join Christine in this Power & Gentle class addressing the largest joint in your body!

Neck Shoulder Bliss

The neck and shoulders are inseparable. Join Christine in this 20-minute Gentle class targeting the muscles of the neck and shoulders with a warm-up of the muscles followed by long-held neck stretches held with deep breaths.

Shoulder Joy

This class will give you a taste of power yoga and then melt into Yin for the shoulders! This 20-minute Power & Yin class will warm up your shoulders with postures meant to get the circulation flowing followed by Yin positions to soothe tension through the shoulders and upper back.
