The cervical spine has the most amount of movement of any segment of the spine – and it’s no wonder since our vision and voice are two vital functions helped by the mobility of the uppermost region of the spine. This power class will focus on building strength through the cervical spine by improving the strength of the deep neck flexors, abdominal muscles, and stretching the neck and upper body.
Two blocks are suggested for this practice.
