In this gentle yoga class, we focus on waking up the spine and the shoulders and hips. We explore circular movements and spinal waves, both having a very calming effect on the nervous system and releasing tension from the myofascia. This is a great class for anyone, and feels particularly good in the morning.

I woke up this morning feeling particularly slow and with a stiff neck, so I thought this would definitely get me moving without pushing me too much. And it was just PERFECT!! My shoulders loosened up (with no pain), my body got more supple, I recharged the energy I was lacking and I thoroughly enjoyed the balanced mixture of ‘gentleness’ with the challenging bits. Thanks, Paul, for another absolutely, rightly “brewed” class.

Circles and Waves!!! Paul, that was a very special class. I love how my body is feeling right now… very light and fluid! I will definitely make a point of doing this class once a week! it was the first time practising with Paul and i loved it , it was exactly what i needed today.
Gentle and challenging yoga , i had to be gentle with myself but in the same time challenging my strength and remember how strong i’m.

First class with Paul and i find it very challenging for my mind and body. especially the flow with scandasana- couldn’t wrap my mind around it at the beginning. For me as difficult as ChiFlow with Travis and SpiceUpYourLife with Lauren. Thank You Paul! I will definitely work to master this!
Paul, you did it again. What an absolutely innovative class. The downard doggie march was my favorite. I loved every minute of it. Keep up the good work. Your creativity is excellent
