The beauty of simplicity! Very common and basic moves, but a wonderful sequence to warm up, stretch or simply enjoy some yoga in a day where we are not particularly energetic or willing to push ourselves. I am a fan of triangle, so exploring a bit more this pose is never enough. A real treat! Thanks, Travis!
