Intelligent bits of encouragement from Brent are so wonderful in this class. He IS a good friend and really any class, and especially this one, with Brent feels like someone pulling you close and giving you a good, long hug. I very much appreciate that IDTV is open to the feelings that come with yoga, the big and the little ones, and that the teachers are bold, in touch with human emotions and encourage students to love and honor themselves through the practice of yoga.
