Yoga Detox 30 is for anyone who is ready to release negative habits, behaviors or addictions. Over the course of 30 days, you will move through 60 minutes of daily yoga, meditation, and pranayama. Your yoga practice will be immediately followed by a brief talk on critical subjects which are key to the inner work necessary in order create sustained and lasting change.
