Pranayama Postures

Pranayama can be practiced in various positions. Some positions are seated, and some are reclining. Some you feel mostly in the hips, and others you feel more in the knees. Select poses based on your individual needs. Seek a position that sets you up for support, comfort and is sustainable. All positions should create space throughout the torso so there is an abundance of room to breathe into.
