Prana

Everything around us is composed of molecules, which are composed of atoms, which are composed of subatomic energy like protons, neutrons, and electrons. All matter is made of this energy. The Yogis called it prana. In other cultures, it is called chi in China, ki in Japan, pneuma in Greece, and the Hebrews called it ruah, and the Iroquois named it orenda.

Prana has many meanings including “breath, life force, vitality, energy, power, and spirit.”
