I’ve created this 28-day BreathWork Program to give you a comprehensive understanding of different breathing exercises. In fact, each day of the journey will be unique. It’s very important you follow the videos in the order they are listed. Once you’ve completed the full rotation you can go back and pick and choose practices as they feel right.
