Introduction Masterclasses

In addition to integrating the lessons from Parts I & II of this training, the practices in this section are meant to challenge you mentally as well as physically. As much as possible, try to approach these 60-minute practices with an open mind, and a well-rested body. Also, the more you can minimize distractions, the more you will benefit from these practices. Some of the postures and movements you will recognize, and some will most likely be new to you. As always, do you best. And don’t forget to bring your enthusiasm, determination, courage, patience and faith, as well a sense of playfulness. Good luck, have fun… and happy practicing!
