Intro Posture

Overview: The purpose of this section of the training is to help you understand the effects of practicing different asanas—not only on your body, but on your mind and nervous system, as well. The more you understand about these effects, the more you will understand which postures to practice on a given day in order to address your needs intelligently and effectively. Whether you want to cultivate your strengths, work on your weaknesses or simply manage your energy levels and moods, a little knowledge can go a long way toward keeping your body healthy, your mind calm and your nervous system balanced.
