    • Scale (Tolasana)
    • Shoulder Pressing Pose (Bhujapidasana)
    • Eight Angle Pose (Astavakrasana)
  • Practice Pranayama & Bandhas for at least 5 min per day
  • Practice the First Pillar of Mindfulness
  • Write out the breath script for the triangle half moon module
  • Practice teach the integrative, A’s, B’s, warrior dance and triangle half moon modules
