Day 11 – Chi Gong

The Chinese called their system of conscious breathing qigong. Qi means ‘breath,’ and gong means ‘work.’ Put together Qigong is ‘breathwork.’ In this practice we will incorporate conscious movements with the breath. This harmonizes body, mind and spirit. It’s also an effective way of experiencing breath and life force in a more tangible way. Once you learn this sequence, I highly recommend finding a peaceful location in nature to practice.
