The regular price for Part 1 is $350 USD. The regular price for Part 2 is $850 USD. The full 200 hour price is $995 USD.

The regular price for the Holistic Yoga Flow Teacher Training: Advanced Sequencing (PART 1: 50hrs) is $460.

If you do not already have basic yoga props, you will need:

1 yoga mat
2 yoga blocks
1 bolster
Notebook or journal for homework
We recommend Manduka products but you are welcome to use what works best for you.
