Denise instructions are hard to follow and the camera keeps going back to her without her doing the poses instead of showing the practitioners with the poses so i could at least follow. The class does not have a smooth flow. Didn't feel good after the practice. The routine otherwise would be good.

why is it so hard to practice breathing for 10 mins. I find I can get to 6 mins and then I cannot go farther. Any comments

I was not practicing yoga until I found out about .. when I decided to do the 31 Day Work-in Work-out ; I had no idea that I will be able to let go and manage to do a headstand so edfortlessly.
