Overview

In this curated series of existing IDM TV content, be prepared to spend 90 minutes each day on your mat for a truly holistic experience in which you will move through 30 minutes of power yoga, 30 minutes of yin yoga and 30 minutes of restorative or gentle yoga for 5 days a week.

On the 6th day, you’ll dive deep with 30+ minutes of pranayama and meditation practice and on the 7th day, you’ll rest. Repeat the calendar of classes for a month of powerful practice.
