I combined Day 1 and Day 3 and it was amazing. Very gentle yet effective.
I have finished Day 1 and Day 2. Such lovely classes. Gentle, yet still leave me feeling like I’ve moved my whole body, and relaxing at the same time. Beautiful. <3
