Thanks again for this Final 7th Class Find your gentle Flow : did it late this Sunday night, after a Run Race this morning, on a very cold windy Winter day here (-2°C), and then family moments. I can guess this will perfectly size with what my body needs, and it was exactly tailored to me . I don’ t find another word to express my gratitude for the way you guide us …. What a beautiful series, very interesting and inspiring. Have loved each one of these classes and feel like they are the perfect gentler flows ready for winter.
This was an amazing little series. Chris, you are a fantastic instructor and the way these classes are structured makes it easy to “find your flow” during the no-cue section of each video. This will definitely be a series I’ll come back to once and awhile when a less rigid schedule is desired. Highly recommend doing this series. 🙂

FABULOUS series! Love the guidance that tapers down to just my own breath and pace. Chris’s voice and aurora is very calming and soothing, something that is not always achieved with a quick flow. The flows were very measured with a very even cadence. I haven’t taken a class with Chris before, admitted Travis flow and yin junkie, but I really responded to Chris’s style. I would like to see more of Chris Class.

I love Chris’s style. Being fairly new to yoga I thought I always needed the cues, but with his excellent instruction to get you ready, flowing with no cues and just moving where my breath took me was not only doable but incredibly freeing! Thank you, Chris!
