What did I do? Whatever did I do before Erin's Yoga Nidra? - it is sublime. I will always carry it with me. Her voice is beautiful and soothing. I come out of these practices a different person - so much for the better and able to make so much more of every other practice offered by IDTV. Thank you is not enough but thank you
