Truly a great refresher course. It was good to return to the basics and be reminded of proper alignments and postures, which are so important as your yoga practice progresses. Time well spent!

I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and yet, with thse basic classes, I learned a great deal of important details I must have forgotten along the way. Great idea to put together those basic classes. Would be nice to spend time breaking down the posture of modified plank pose especially the hands, fingers, elbows, chest, looks simple but it's not. We can't always see Travis' posture. I have been connected with Innerdimension TV since October and practicing every day. Great team! Life changing! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
