Byron this was one of the most balanced and amazing yoga practices I have ever done! I loved everything about it. The music was just stunning and flowed along and made me feel blissy even during the intense parts. It was a perfect blend of strength and mobility. I just felt so happy through the whole class and left me feeling whole and complete at the end. Thank you so much!
