Overview

This class is like the ‘fountain of youth.’ If you never done yin yoga before you are in for a treat although for some people it can be more difficult than the power yoga classes. In this practice we will hold floor stretches for about 3-5 minutes as way to bring health to the deeper connective tissues of the body.

The benefits of this class are like a deep tissue massage and will decrease tension and restore nervous system balance. If you approach the class with presence and openness, it will take you to a whole new level.
