This is a lovely, mellow yin practice. I like that it begins with the Half Sun Salutations. Love that story about the farmer, his son and the horse!

I tried this today, on a day I usually rest from any exercise or movement classes. It was wonderful. The time passed in what felt like an instant. I feel wonderful all over.
