This might be my favorite Travis work out ever! Touched every muscle including the feet!! The Yin poses at the end are my favorite hip stretches. Very healing workout for feet, calves, lower back, hips, shoulders! Didn't want it to end!!

Love this class so much! Such a great balance between power and gentle yoga. Ideal for a day when you want to activate your muscles but also feel like taking it easy. A tag for this type of practice in the search tool would be amazing to see if there are other classes on the platform like this!
