your direction, guidance and teaching in this practice is superb!! thank you
I like this class after I finish 30 minutes of heavy weight training with my trainer. This stretches me out, leaves me feeling relaxed, but continues the sweat of good exercise at the same time. I particularly like the sequencing in this class.

Love ALL of the yoga on Inner Dimension but this was is SO prefect when your arms and shoulders are tired and need a break. End with a bit of Yin and this is perfect.
