I've been at IDTV for a while. This flow is like a breath of fresh air. Lauren gives the perfect dose of medicine. Thank you :)

Super-fun, energizing flow!

Loved this flow. Keeps you on your toes and shifts those automatic behaviours where you think you know where to go next. It keeps you listening and focussed. I really liked how this made me feel after and definitely felt a big shift of energy, thank you <3

one fo the best practice i did on this channel!!. was feeling totally unbalanced today, and this just give me the inner connection i needed. congrats Lauren, beautiful practice, achievable for those who loves yoga not for the advanced poses. NAMASTE from Madrid!

I really enjoyed this class, it is a nice intermediate flow that gives you a nice workout without leaving you wrung out. Loren is delightful. One piece of advice for Loren and the other instructors - what sets Travis apart is his exceptional instruction. I never ever have to look at the screen with Travis. So my advice to the other instructors is to know your audience. We aren't yoga instructors. Many of us are new to yoga or don't do it every day, and we will never learn Sanskrit. When we have to keep looking at the screen, we lose the flow and the breath. While there are many languages I would like to learn how to speak, Sanskrit is not one of them. I'm not impressed by the overuse of Sanskrit, I just find it irritating because I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing. Please stop, and instead describe the pose in detail and guide my breathing. Don't give me the name of the pose. I don't care what it's called. That aside, thanks for another great class:)

super creative, a new twist of combining both classic poses with not so frequent ones. A definite favorite.
