Great class and I was really inspired by the three “ultimates” that you introduced to us in the beginning. Absolutely loved seeing how flexible they are. Those are my goals. 🙂

What a lovely class. Although it is almost the exact same sequence as the Ultimate Yogi Yin (haven‘t checked the timing, though) I have enjoyed it as „fresh“.
