The Complete Practice begins with 20 minutes of Vinyasa Flow, followed by 15 minutes of Yin Yoga, and ending with a few minutes of Restorative Yoga for a holistic, well-rounded practice that will leave your mind and body balanced and centered. You’ll need 1 block and 1 bolster for this practice.

Love the concept here but so wish for the 90 minute version or maybe even 3 hour! I struggled warming up so next time I play this practice I will try a couple rounds of Sun A’s before hitting play.

felt the power yoga section could have been a bit longer / more challenging to be fully warm, but as always love Laurens flows they are creative and different every time. yin and restorative were perfect
