Great practice but I don't think it should be listed under the power yoga section. It's definitely more yin focused.

Wonderful, thank you - this practice is just what I needed.
Love it! It's a little spicy in the beginning and super sweet at the end. Love ending in a reclining restorative butterfly. This is something I'll go to when I'm a little less energetic or when I'm sore from other athletic activities and need more length than strength.
Enjoyed all aspects and easy to follow instruction.

felt the power yoga section could have been a bit longer / more challenging to be fully warm, but as always love Laurens flows they are creative and different every time. yin and restorative were perfect

Love the concept here but so wish for the 90 minute version or maybe even 3 hour! I struggled warming up so next time I play this practice I will try a couple rounds of Sun A’s before hitting play.
