In this Level 2 practice, join Mychal Prieto for a journey through your ABC’s: arm balances and core. This class moves at a steady, even pace but don’t let the slow flow fool you! You will move through an upper body & core journey that is sure to leave your body & mind feeling stronger. Take flight into Eka Pada Koundinyasana, Crow Pose, and Side Crow Pose. A block and strap are recommended for this practice.

Mychal always manages to teach classes that are both challenging and relaxing. His explanations are impeccable so that you never need to look at the screen and his voice is always calm and soothing. Looking forward to many more classes with him! Namaste!
