I put 5 starts because this feedback is not intended only for this post; I just happen to just be taking this class. However, please if it’s possible to make classes with less talking… so just breath and meditation, guiding us through poses, without so much talk while we are holding the pause because we want to calm our mind but with so much distraction with talking (i realized it in all the classes) your mind starts talking more. Thankyou 💗💗💗💗 appreciate this community and the content

Amazing way to practice and let go of the rigidity of the mind just as the muscles gets tight with the daily chores, training and chasing dreams. The breathwork with this practice is phenomenal. Allow your body to set the intentions with every breath and let the magical sweet dreams happen. Great way to finish off NY 2022 while watching California rains - Namaste MyChal (Paramita)
