    I come back to this practice time and time again. I have struggled with low back pain for over 2 years, and this practice, along with the calm, coaching voice of Travis, is just so beautiful. The sequence is exactly what my body needs-balance of strength, decompression, and marinating for just the right amount of time in each given pose. Love.
