The core are the key stabilizing muscles in the body which includes the abdominals and lower back. Great variety of poses hitting all of the spots of my abs I’ve been neglecting and the video was well paced, and I liked that it included short but needed counter stretch breaks!
Really loved this one. I've been wanting to have more 15-minute sessions for the core, especially for busy days where that's all the time you've got. So this was very much enjoyed. I loved the very holistic approach to a core-focused practice - I liked the balancing bit in there with the standing bicycle crunches. Thanks, Travis!
