I like Mychals personality. This class is solid. Three standing series. Requires a lot of Upper Body strength in the last ten minutes. Cool idea with the „stillness“ (once you know the flow)

I enjoy Michael’s classes a lot. I especially liked the fact he leaves you your own space to do the sequences at your own pace once you’re familiar with them.
