Hi Travis, thanks a lot for such a beautiful flow. I'm a Chinese-Canadian and have some idea of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chi Flow. When I'm doing the practice, I have the signals, such as a burp, gentle sweats and passing wind (it may not be pretty, but surely is working:)), which indicate Chi is being unblocked and flowing and nourishing the body. Really appreciate your work and Looking forward to more flow practice!

Good for beginners and for those who want to get connected with their bodies as the slow pace allows you to concentrate on how the air feels on your skin. Super fun to feel the energy pulsate/have mass. Makes you feel connected. A great edition to the line up of class offerings.
