This 30 minute restorative yoga practice will help open the abdomen, reduce fatigue, moderate hormonal shifts and alleviate lower back pain and cramps associated with menstruation. For this practice you’ll need a bolster, strap, and block. Feel free to add blankets, socks and an eye mask for additional restoration.
