I do this practice virtually every morning as soon as I wake up. If you are prone to shallow breathing like I am it is a great way to wake up your lungs and start the day. Penny

My absolute favourite , 20 mins is perfect. With both pranayama and meditation included it really calms the mind and body . This also works a treat when I can’t sleep!
