The description of this class is inaccurate. It is not a vinyasa class, and calling it yoga is a stretch (pun intended) - it’s a dynamic mobility class. It wasn’t bad, but is not what I was looking for.

Thank you Paul. I confess that I started trying your online classes a bit reluctant, yet one class was enough to add you among my fave yoga instructors. Even if I am blessed to be flexible naturally, as a runner I happen to have nerve or muscle tensions or injuries time to time. Yesterday I had a nerve tension or something that started giving me pain. I could not run free. In the evening I tried this class and it is MAGIC, Loved it. There are some warm up routine similar moves that I do before running , but doing this class at least once a week will save me. My leg today is better and I am repeating now for sure to cure it more. Thank you!
