I always appreciate Michal’s classes – the teaching and careful positioning while challenging us to be strong and flexible. This class has been so helpful as I try to learn how to reach my foot while in half moon. Watching Michal has been so instructive!

The practice just flew by! I was so focused on every movement, there’s so much awareness to everything you move through, that I didn’t see the minutes passing by!! Intense, challenging, mindful and truly joyful! (thank god the push-up marathon was just a joke, though π ). Thanks, Mychal. Another amazing hour with you on the mat!!
Wow what an amazing practice. Such a great pace, a variety of movements that get the whole body and activate all of the small muscles and tendons for a full body awakening. Great to wake up with or go to bed with. Adding to my favourites – Thank you Mychal, your calm demeanor and commitment to growth make your classes unique and playful. I feel SO much stronger coming off of my mat after this class. I’m finishing treatment for breast cancer…. so when you say “your body is kicking ass”, mine just did!!!! So grateful for the IDM program and how it has helped my recovery… stamina, breath and focus.
