Fun class but lot of wrist strength needed for first half of class. Would love a class which purposely avoids a lot of weight on wrist please..

Really enjoyed falling in and out of balance! Lots to work on, but smiled at myself the whole time.
I love this class – definitely gives me something to strive towards. I would appreciate any suggestions for strengthening the wrist. I applied some variations to take the strain off the wrist and was still able to get great strengthening class with a lot of balance practice. Even after all these years of practicing, it’s nice to continually be able to be introduced to a slight difference. It’s all about the view!
