WOW .... but why didn't I discover this class before ??? Love it so much .. what a perfect way to work gently on balance . I love the way you explain it with so much calm Brent. Thank you so much for this one. I will come back again as I have to work my balance on plank with elbow to the opposite knee. I loved it! It was challenging and sweaty! Allthough, I wouldn't call this all levels class, so maybe consider that next time?

Very nice, strong power yoga flow. Personally I would NOT call this an "all levels"-class, but hey, who knows which kind of strong ubermensch Brent surrounds himself with. Most of these poses demand very strong arms and shoulders. Don't be bummed out if it is not as "all levels" as most of the classes here on IDM!

I love this class - definitely gives me something to strive towards. I would appreciate any suggestions for strengthening the wrist. I applied some variations to take the strain off the wrist and was still able to get great strengthening class with a lot of balance practice. Even after all these years of practicing, it's nice to continually be able to be introduced to a slight difference. It's all about the view!

Fun class but lot of wrist strength needed for first half of class. Would love a class which purposely avoids a lot of weight on wrist please.. Bev from UK
