This was a perfect mid-to-low level intensity power yoga. It was exactly what I was looking for. Light, airy, with flow and adding all major elements of yoga. As always, Travis, your instruction is spot-on. Thank you.

We dug a pond this last weekend and moved a lot of heavy rocks. So, of course I fall back onto a rock and bruise my tailbone so my whole lower back hurts. This was perfect for that! Thank you, it feels better!!!
