This might as well be one of my favorite flows! It's a wonderful balance of much-needed stretching and strengthening flows. A definite must-do! Thank you, Lauren!
This one challenged me, but I needed that! It was refreshing to return to some of the poses I haven't done in a while - and discover they are still accessible if I work at it.
