What an amazing class! I've been looking for something like this for when I feel like I need to move some energy. I love how the class starts with exercises to move through the less-than-awesome feelings & energies. This creates the space to welcome in other possibilities. I wish they would create a classification system beyond just labeling this "power yoga". It really isn't. Made it 10 minutes in. A bunch of hybrid qi-gong stuff that just left me feel agitated and irritable. This was awful.
