A sweet practice to begin the day…even though I ´m not a recent mom ,I enjoy the series and this, in particular, was very helpful to stretch my body .
I’m a mom to a 14yr old incredible son…and these practices beautifully bring me back to his birth, his early years, and most importantly, the present…today. “Don’t give your power away”, “Yin is THE feminine energy”, “Rest in strength”…I love these pockets of profoundness sprinkled throughout…thank you, Lauren. Would LOOOOVE to see an hour practice like this! Until then, I’ll repeat and hold longer…yummy poses!!
