A sweet practice to begin the day…even though I ´m not a recent mom ,I enjoy the series and this, in particular, was very helpful to stretch my body .
I’m a mom to a 14yr old incredible son…and these practices beautifully bring me back to his birth, his early years, and most importantly, the present…today. “Don’t give your power away”, “Yin is THE feminine energy”, “Rest in strength”…I love these pockets of profoundness sprinkled throughout…thank you, Lauren. Would LOOOOVE to see an hour practice like this! Until then, I’ll repeat and hold longer…yummy poses!!
I searched for a short yin class to complete a one hour vinyasa flow & landed on this one. Mea Culpa for not paying attention to the series this particular yin class is from & not realizing it is for postpartum moms. Nearly 17 years out from giving birth to my youngest child, I don’t fit the demographic but I sure enjoyed the stretches anyway!
