This one is different. Nice theme but I didn‘t like the Wonder Woman sequences a lot. Give it a go and see for yourself.
I like this sequence because of it’s ‘otherness’. The theme is ideal for lessons about handling with fears.
I liked the unique movements. This class was just the right amount of challenging. Has some very nice stretches too. Thank you, Dana!
Sorry, I couldn’t even get past the rope climbing at the beginning. All of the extraneous talk drove me crazy. I had to turn it off. When I do yoga I try to go inward but can’t do that when there is so much talking. Yoga in the US is definitely different than in India.
