I definitely enjoyed this class. It was a traditional flow that proved challenging with Travis’s pacing. As always, he engages us to push ourselves to the edge and I appreciated the challenge! I think it could be improved by adding a bit of music into the background to flow to.
An excellent flow and session. Just wish Travis would not talk so much. It takes the tranquillity out of the zone. He asks us to keep our minds quite but yet continues to talk which is very disturbing. Thanks anyways.
Lots of upper body strength required for this one! I liked the sequencing & pacing and stretching “breaks” that allow you to breathe correctly. This practice does make you feel really great when you are done. Great job, Travis!

A good class, but in this one and in others I find Savasana too short, not enough time for one to let go, the end of the class feels rushed.
I really loved that one. Not too fast, not too slow, classic but challenging enough, and with a little ab workout at the end. Great mix of everything!
