This is such a beautiful practice. I loved the chanting at the end and the stories to help us go through the challenging poses. So beneficial for my nervous system , a pure blessing for the soul and body, i never get tired of these yin classes.

A lovely start to my Sunday morning. I did this practice in my garden with the sounds of bird song around me. My hips feel stretched out and the chant at the end was soothing. Thank you.
