Overview

Part of the fun of getting upside down is learning how to incorporate your handstands into the course of your everyday yoga flow. This 20-minute sequence combines a number of “basic” postures, with options to put your new-found skills to work and get upside down. Always remember, even if you’re not able to hold your handstand yet, the goal is to have fun… so have fun!
